Return and Warranty Policy

You cannot return or exchange cosmetics after opening and using them.

However, if the return is due to a buyer’s error, the buyer will bear the shipping fees. This is if the product is in its original condition. In case of a return within the protection period, the money will be refunded within 20 working days.
